Catie Mason

Executive Director

Catie Mason joined the Renaissance Marquis family in 2012 as a caregiver in the memory care neighborhood, The Harbor. It was not long after that she was promoted to The Harbor Director, and Catie recently after obtained her LPN degree. Once she graduated with her LPN, she was promoted to Resident Services Director where she served from 2016-2023. In 2023, Catie joined Legacy Senior Living’s extensive Executive Director in Training program and took the position of Assistant Executive Director. In December 2024, Renaissance Marquis promoted Catie to Executive Director. 

From the beginning, Catie has been drawn towards seniors and the stories that make up their lives. She believes that senior living should not just be about providing care, but that it is inherently about honoring a lifetime of experiences that is still ongoing. If meaningful connections are not being made, then something is going wrong. Every day is a fresh opportunity to make someone’s day a little brighter. 

A Rome, Georgia native, Catie and her husband of 12 years, Doug, live with their two children, Sadie and Brodie, two dogs and three cats on their 135-acre farm that has been in her family for over 100 years. She fills her free time with making memories with her family and reading.
